New Construction Home Inspection in Tucson
It is important to have a new construction home inspection when purchasing new build construction. These inspections are done at three separate times: pre-drywall, pre-closing, and at the 11th month before your warranty expires.
Pre-Drywall Inspection
A pre-drywall home inspection is the last chance to fix issues that may otherwise be hidden. These issues become harder and more costly to fix later.
This inspection takes place prior to the insulation and drywall being installed. During a pre-drywall inspection, we will inspect the following:

This is your last chance to catch items that need to be fixed and have the home builder pay for them. Don’t wait until the fixes have to be paid for out of your pocket.
